3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

These 2 ingredient banana pancakes are the easiest pancakes ever. Made with just banana and eggs, these 2 ingredient flourless pancakes are perfect for a simple breakfast that is healthy and delicious.

 

Prep Time: 2minutes minutes

Cook Time: 5minutes minutes


Ingredients

·         1 banana

·         2 eggs

·         ¼ tsp baking powder

·         Optional: ¼ tsp vanilla, cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash a ripe banana and combine with the 2 eggs and baking powder. Add in any optional ingredients.  Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth batter. As an alternative, you can also blend everything in a food processor.

  2. Heat a nonstick skillet, slightly greased or oiled. When hot, pour one scoop of pancake batter into the pan. Cook your healthy banana pancakes over medium heat until the underside is golden and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, then flip with a spatula and cook until golden.
