Spaghetti Squash And Baked Chicken

Saute garlic and onions. Add cut up chicken, cut up zucchini, and any other vegetables you like. Cook half way through. Add jars of crushed tomatoes and diced tomatoes into the mixture. Add oregano, basil, rosemary, and any Italian seasonings. In the meantime, make spaghetti or spaghetti squash. If squash, clean out middle and rub with olive oil and put on cookie sheet upside down with skin on top showing and should be shiny because of the olive oil. Then, bake for 45 minutes on 400 degrees. Take out and put chicken mixture in the middle of the squash or on top of spaghetti and bake another 10 minutes and MANGE!
