Bonnie's Baked Fish

*WEIGHT LOSS*

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets, thawed

  • 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Heat oven to 350°. Place fish fillets in 8 or 9 inch square baking dish. In small bowl, combine butter, thyme, Dijon mustard, and salt. Spread mixture over fish. Cover dish with foil. ake for 20-30 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork in thickest portion. Serve with lemon wedges.


Makes 4 servings.
