Apple Dot Slaw

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled red apple

  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  • 2 packets Splenda®

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon oil


In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, apple, and celery seed. In small bowl, combine rest of the ingredients, blending well. Pour over slaw; toss well. Refrigerate before serving, if desired.


1/2 cup is one serving; makes 8 servings
