Sugar-Free Ambrosia Salad
1 box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 tub Cool Whip® Sugar Free
1 can crushed pineapple (in it's own juice)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained and rinsed)
Drain pineapple and mix liquid with the pudding mix in a large bowl. Fold the Cool Whip® into the pudding mix then add your fruits. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
