Pork à la Orange

4-6 oz pork tenderloin

1 tablespoon water

1/3 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons dried onion


Mix water, orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger, and onion in a small saucepan. Cook sauce over medium heat until thickened. Set aside. Coat a skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Add pork and cook until pork is no longer pink. Add sauce to pan, heat through before serving.
